Pros:Everything was great!! Excellent service, great price!!

Pros:Lot right outside the baggage claim. Nice car.
Pros:The customer service staff were incredibly friendly and nice. Cannot commend them enough.
Cons:The car had an overwhelming smokers smell. It was intense. Especially in the heat. It was horrible. Also the car's touch screen (which basically controls everything) didn't work well. It routinely would freeze and we'd have to restart the car to get it to work again.
Pros:Nice full size car Great price
Cons:Didn't like the fact that I had to wait for 45 min to get a rental car. The associate informed me that initially they were out of full size cars and the only option I had was a van.

Pros:Easy pick up and drop off. The car swap was pretty smooth.
Cons:Flat tire half way through the trip. No damage to the tire it just went flat somehow so that added about 3 hours to the trip. Road side assistance took two hours to get to us when it was estimated to be a little less than an hour (he changed it very quickly though and was very nice).
Pros:Not walking to nashville
Cons:Price. Car was noisy. Very tiring to drive.
