Pros:Car was fine for the money.
Cons:Only two cars to choose from is a disappointment. Agent wanted to sell me an upgrade by saying no USB outlet.

Pros:Drop-off was easy. Drop-off attendant was friendly.

Cons:No chance to review pre-existing damage with employee, I documented a paint chipped area myself, but when I returned the car they said I was lying. Now they want to make an insurance claim against me! Poor customer service, I will avoid Alamo/National from now on unless they admit their mistake.
Pros:The budget I had for vehicle was perfect.
Cons:No selection and the trunk bottom had an oily coating that stained my wife's purse. We were not able to store anything in the trunk after we realized the condition.
Pros:I liked the no hassle rental experience! I understand that you have to try selling the insurance and an upgrade but asking is sufficient. That was what your friendly staff did. I didn’t feel pressured or uncomfortable.

Pros:So seldom do things all seem to go right. This rental the line was short, got to the car area and was able to select a car, picked an almost new car and got out quickly. Return went about the same way.

Pros:I was on the airplane in Phoenix 2 hours from Austin when they called and told me they had no car. I'd made the reservation 24 hours before to attend a funeral.
Cons:Notice too late. They shouldn't have advertised they had cars. They could have found a car with another company rather than leave me stranded.
