Cons:Our car was damaged after we returned it. Unfortunately, we didn't take pictures after we dropped it off and are being charged for it. I understand their policy, and they can do what they want, but it puts a damper on our experience.

Cons:Do not let them give you a Chevy Sonic. I’m so glad I only needed a car for a day. If it was longer I would have found another Alamo to exchange it! So uncomfortable. And the lady said it was a free upgrade!

Pros:Dane County Airport Agent was on point with her details everything was ready for me. Durning this pandemic, vehicle was wiped down prior and could smell the cleanest when I opened the car door. When I dropped off in Charlotte Airport, the attendant was professional. Thank you Alamo!

Pros:Convenient location in airport
Cons:I was not given the car I had been promised. The agent tried to upsell (by $9 per day) to give me a comparable car (full size). Both agents (pick-up and drop-off) told me that they knew it was misleading but that they didn't have any control over what corporate does. The agent asked me if i wanted a GPS. I said "sure," and she had me sign for it, but didn't tell me they were charging me almost $12 per day to use it (literally highway robbery!). They said they would e-mail me my receipt but it has been more than 24 hours and nothing has come.
