Pros:Nothing
Cons:The car was way smaller than expected, I would have gotten a car similar size for much less money also the car was in bad shape dents and scratches everywhere.
Pros:Staff at drop off was under a lot of pressure due to the virus situation, but they handled it well and I got my refund handled properly.
Cons:Staff at pick up did not speak fluent English.
