Pros:Staff was friendly, car was in very good shape.
Cons:Pick-up took over 40 minutes, even though I had a reservation and confirmed it a couple hours before. They added on roadside assistance and medical insurance, even though I was clearly that I ONLY wanted the third-party protection insurance.
Cons:Tell me beforehand if you’re going to charge double extra for insurance. (I even called to confirm.) Ended up not renting the car.
Pros:The carr was very affordable on gas nice and clean

Pros:They didn't honor my reservation when I arrived and wanted to charge me triple of my original contract
Cons:Didn't bother trying to accommodate me, so I went some where else

Pros:Staff was good but not very helpful, they gave me a quote over the phone and then try to change me over $300 dollars more of the original reservation o had made. We came to a "negotiable" price but still paid more than expected from the phone quote.
Cons:I honestly think they should stick to their prices it's no the first time this happens to me, not by Alamo but all the time is the same. Prices are rediculously higher when you are there to pick up than over the phone or even from the kayak app.
Pros:I had to stop my vacation the same day to exchange the vehicle and was never offered to have it delivered to me or a discount for the inconvenience as it was 94 degrees in Guadalajara without air conditioning that I was paying for
Pros:Check in our was expedited. Professional staff.
Cons:Arncies have to find a way to lower insurance costs in Mexico I have rented better cars in us and Europe for one fourth of the price.
Pros:Never rent a car.
Cons:They just want to robe your money. I will never rent a car with them. I lost my money and they never gave me the rental car.
