The country house is located in the historic town of Alcudia in the north of Mallorca between the beautiful bays of Alcudia and Pollenca. The small and friendly hotel is in a carefully restored 19th century stately home. It successfully combines the traditional Mallorcan style with contemporary luxury. The hotel comprises a total of 7 rooms spread across two floors in addition to an enchanting mallorcan style patio. Further facilities include a bar and a restaurant as well as a covered pool sauna and fitness room. All rooms are equipped with an en suite bathroom hairdryer telephone satellite/ cable TV a minibar safety deposit box air conditioning and central heating. There is a covered swimming pool (heated in winter) a Jacuzzi a sauna and a gym. The golf course in Alcanade can be reached in 4 km. The hotel offers buffet breakfast with optional half board. When you leave the airport take the motorway in the direction of Palma. Before arriving to Palma itself you will see a turn-off stating "Andratx / Pto. de Alcúdia" take this turn- off and continue until you find another turn-off stating "Inca / Pto. Alcúdia". Take this turn-off and you will find yourself on the main road which leads to Alcudia passing through the town of Inca. Once you arrive at the roundabout of "Alcúdia / Pto. Alcúdia" follow the direction for "Alcúdia" (NOT Pto. Alcúdia) until you come to a further roundabout where once again you take the direction to "Alcúdia" (NOT Pto. Pollença) and at approx. 200 metres you will see the Medieval walls of Alcúdia where you should turn towards the right until you see the traffic lights in front of the church (the street which you can see on your left is Sant Jaume). but carry straight on around the church where you will see a parking area where you can leave your car.
We were absolutely thrilled with our accomodation, we in fact live in a 16th century house and inasmuch as the walls were stone it was home from home with the obvious added mod cons, ensuite, TV sheets changed every day (husband certainly doesn't get that at home). Owners and stall were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble and even though our kids are grown up and we have grandchildren I noticed how good they were with the two little boys who were there with their parents. In the morning I found it a delight to walk the streets of Old Alcudia town to take photographs and just enjoy the peace and quite and people making their way to work. I cannot praise the Hotel enough just wish someone could beam me back this instance.
location is good. room is clean and comfort.
the shower head is not good. the shower door is broken a little bit.
Lovely decor, very friendly manager, nice location in a beautiful town.
The room was noisy - on the ground floor with occasional traffic and lots of people going by right outside all the time, so not perfect but still really nice.
location was good. easy access to restaurants/taxis/buses. breakfast was very acceptable.
did not like bathroom, inconvenient because of old building being adapted for modern use.
The friendliness and the relaxing atmosphere makes us return year after year!
The small, friendly and quite atmosphere within an ancient building that did not impose its self on its surroundings.
Exceptional service, very nice decoration. The rooms were very clean, the restaurant very good.We enjoyed our stay!
Beautifly restored, good ambience,pleasant staff.
One problem in our en-suite bumped head on ceiling few times very low. Also bit dissapointed with breakfast ,do not particulary like buffet style, stayed at a hostel in Banyalbufar, very good, breakfast was served at the table, fresh rolls croissants, eggs ham toms, pate, cheese, also evening menu 11euros, high standard home cooking but good price.Dissapointed you missed my note of 35th wed anniversar

its location in the old city
the breakfast was poor, and so was the supper if you elected for half board.
