Positive and friendly. Room was well appointed and roomy. View of mountains was was gorgeous. Breakfast was excellent with a range of fresh selections as well as dairy, yogurt, muffins, etc. Staff did an excellent job with the sausage and eggs.Return!
I made sure windows were locked as I always secure my room but after I returned to my room I found room and bathroom windows unlocked? I re-locked them before going to bed.
Bed, staff, breakfast
It was clean with an amazing breakfast.
It was a little hard to locate
I arrived and they told me they had no rooms which left me stranded for the night. I found another one about 1 in the morning. I was not pleased!!
The room was clean and up to date!
Nothing stood out would stay again
The hot breakfast was very good. Biscuits and gravy were heavenly. Everything tasted delicious. The room was spacious; it even came with a table, a couch, and a coffee table.
I was in room 324 and the wireless Internet was not fast. I ran a speed test and it was only .5 Mbps down. Upload was normal at 1.75 Mbps. Not sure if it was because of where the room was located, or if the access points needed a reboot.
The staff was great as was the stay. Not sure why this isn't at least 2.5 stars. I will be back.
1. Drapes would not close. 2. Took three rooms to get one with a/c working well. 3. Bed was hard as a rock. 4. No water pressure in shower.
Very friendly staff!
We booked 2 rooms and they ended up on seperate floors. The top floor room was missing the smoke detector and had stains in the bathroom. Throughout the stay we were bombarded by may smells, including paint and chemical smells.
The Hotel Room was really nice. There were plenty of options to choose from for the continental breakfast. The Lady at the front desk on Saturday Morning was very friendly.
The Hotel was a little difficult to find if traveling on I-15 from Salt Lake to American Fork however it can be seen really well coming from Orem to American Fork. When we checked into the hotel the cleaning staff left he laundry baskets and garbage was
The breakfast and coffee we quality and abundant with a good variety.
No hot water first day. Bed had a huge dip in the middle (room 106). I didn't bother asking for another room because I was told on check in that the entire hotel was booked. Hot tub was not operational. Had to 'reprogram' room keys twice.
friendly, courteous staff. clean room, good breakfast choices. The hotel is in a perfect location for my travels
Nothing. I didn't even stay.
Everything. The place was dirty, the staff were rude, and at 6pm they still were not done cleaning. The pool and hot tub was closed without notice.
Convenience from Freeway and Hotel Staff
Breakfast selections need more healthy choices
Holiday Inn was clean, the room was very nice for the price, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was excellent! My family and I will gladly stay here again.
Best rate I could find.
Room floor was sticky with something. Could not walk around with shoes off.
The king size bed! & pool.
Ants in the bathroom & very dusty.
Won't be staying here again. The front desk female staff person (who works weekday mornings) was rude to my family when we questioned about being double charged on our credit card for a prepaid reservation- and she gave us the run around when we tried politely to figure it out. Low point of my stay: After staying for a long weekend (3 nights), I was using the computer in their business center on Monday morning, and overheard this same woman clerk at the front desk. She was loudly proclaiming on her phone (for anyone in the lobby to hear) that my brother was 'insane' for questioning the credit card payment (along with some other choice words of hers). I walked up to the desk, and she was utterly surprised to see me. (Guess she didn't see me in the business center.) I told her that it was uncomfortable to hear her talk in a derogatory manner towards customers, especially my family. She said she could talk however she wanted on the phone. We checked out minutes later. Also, this is a VERY noisy hotel with highway and warehouse close by. Highlights- the maid service was excellent, polite and efficient! And the female staff person working in the breakfast room was kind, friendly, and engaging. She went out of her way to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Lastly, the weekend front desk staff were also kind and tried to help us out with the reservation payment mix-up. But the weekday female staff person ruined our stay with her abrasive customer service and harsh words.
I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was average but clean. The pool had too much chlorine - the fumes made me sick to my stomach. That said, the breakfast was great with fantastic local bread. Overall a good experience - great if you have kids.
DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOLIDAY INN!! House keeping stole a portable DVD player and a case of 21 dvd movies from our room. Hotel management/franchise owner was unwilling to assist in the matter.
We were very pleased with the helpful staff. They made us feel welcomed and helped us find places to visit during our stay. The complementary breakfast was stocked with a large variety of choices. Would stay there again!! We did have issues connecting to the free wi fi.
