Gross rooms, old bed with those weird fitted comforters from the ‘90s that kind of look like a comforter but with no stuffing. Bed was hard, paint was flaking off and showing drywall in the shower and around the trim areas, check in took nearly 30 min and I was only 3rd in line, overall just a shady hotel

Cons:WiFi was not working the entire 5 days I was there. Had to switch rooms because door wouldn’t lock and TV wouldn’t work. Once I switched rooms the bathroom light went out on my second day there. I asked 3 times for someone to fix it to no avail. Had to shower in total darkness the rest of the trip. Breakfast was same everyday and over cooked eggs were not good!

Pros:The location was good.
Cons:I initially booked this spot because it had a pool. Upon arrival I learned that it was closed due to the earthquake. I feel like that should be noted on your website! We checked in, went to our room, and only one bed had a blanket. We went out around 5 at which point I asked the front desk to send a blanket up. When I got back at 10pm, still no blanket. Called the front desk, they said it’d be up in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later, I call the front desk, they say they’ve been busy and that they are the only person working right now. I’m pretty tired, I have two young children that I’m traveling with, so I ask if there’s anything I can do (meet them at the desk, laundry room, something useful). They say no, it’ll be up in 10. STILL, 10 minutes later nothing, so I go down, they run with me to the laundry room, no clean blankets. Nothing. At this point it’s after 11pm. They say they’ll have to grab one from an empty room. Which they do about 15 minutes later. Blanket procured. But I feel like it was just one of those times where one thing after another kept falling through. The guy offered to give us complimentary breakfast tickets, which was nice, but he never sent them to our room, so I asked the front desk the next morning, and the attendant was very short and rude about the whole thing. It all just seemed really ridiculous. How hard is it to just be nice and understanding to a patron?! So no, I’d have a hard time recommending your hotel to anyone! Beds were uncomfortable, one just had a top sheet instead of a fitted sheet. I just feel like you could do a lot better, and I hope you want to.

Pros:The rate and the location were great and they had laundry facilities. 2 blocks from the incredible museum.
Cons:First floor rooms don't really allow you to open the windows and the laundry room is far away.

Pros:location, location, location The rooms were clean and everything functioned well. The staff at the front desk was nice and professional. We also appreciated the free and tasty coffee at the front desk. Thanks!
Cons:It appears that this was a motel that was turned into a hotel. It just seems run down and a bit weird. It just doesn't seem like a standard hotel you see these days. Overall though it was ok.

Cons:The only coffee provided was decalf. The name on out front is for the bar/restaurant, not the hotel.. I think it needs just one strong name for the whole establishment rather than multiple names.

Pros:The bed was comfortable... Thats about all the pros for this hotel.
Cons:Hallways were dark and barely lit, entire hotel smelled like mold or just downright disgusting to the point where my 2 year old daughter kept commenting on it. Room smelled just as bad even with the window left open the entire stay. I suggest you take your business elsewhere, the puffin Inn is cleaner, and cost about the same.

Pros:I enjoyed the downtown location near quite a few excellent places to eat. I did take a cab a few times to midtown and the University and the front desk was very helpful in arranging my cabs.

Pros:For the location, in close proximity to local bars and such its well worth the price. great live music in the hotel bar.
Cons:One of my towels was kinda dingy, downstairs door from parking lot wouldn't open I had to walk around to another door. The neighborhood is pretty rough around there. Very limited parking.
