Good price and value
Distance from Annapolis. Room has no glasses or anything - have to ask front desk for everything.
I booked a Queen bedroom and was given a double bedroom. I asked the front desk if I could get what I booked and they said no.
The personal attention given to me and my daughter and our dogs. Im going thru seperation with wife of 17 years and its ruff and on kids and we felt like family there and didnt want to leave no vacancy left
No vacancy and had to leave.
Dirty room. Had non-smoking on room confirmation, but received a smoking room. We also found snot dried on our sheets. Ended up buying our own blankets and pillows so we could sleep. Worst hotel we've ever stayed in.
Good location kind of tucked back away. I like that but some might not. Room size is fine and the kitchen is handy.
Bathroom doesn't vent so it get very humid in there very quickly. The breakfast is kind of a joke but I wasn't expecting it to be all that great but i was hoping it would have something other than coffee and tea as far a beverages. The free wifi is bad.
Smells smoky.No hairdryer.Terrible breakfast!!!
There was nothing I liked about this hotel.
The beds were terrible, the people were smoking drugs in the hallway, the whole place smelled like smoke. the worst experience ever at a hotel.
Where to start? Marajuana smell in the hall. No hairdryer, really terrible wifi that was supposed to be free but they tried to make me pay extra for useable wifi. I hated nearly everything. The staff was polite and professional, but it was hell
Location, staff, quality of breakfast , over priced and noisy guests
Breakfast pitiful, no bathrooms except in room. No coffee unless you take pot and things from desk. No couch for 5 person. Things stolen from room. Clientele less than average list goes on
place was clean and it's in a safe area.
When I went to check out, the clerk was no where to be found. I had to wait for 10 min for the front desk clerk. Turned out she was cleaning out one of the rooms (isn't that house keepings job). Just not very convenient.
I liked the room itself
Hope to have a complete toiletries e.g. hair conditioner, shampoo, soap etc..
Free breakfast, Free Internet, rooms were clean and comfortable.
The hotel smells like smoke and is musky.
Breakfast was coffee and muffins. Not much variety.
Location, large room with full sized refrigerator. Reasonably well kept, staff helpful.
Channel selection on the TV not HD.
So very quiet after a long day at work and then having to be back just 6 hours later. No noise even though it was New Year's eve. LOVED IT. Will stay there again. Now that snow's coming, Look out for me, extended stay america
Very quiet. I also liked that they were very clean and friendly.
The front desk staff when we checked in were helpful. However there was no one at the front desk when we checked out the following morning.
Our room had a shower curtain bar but no curtain. Light sockets were exposed. The bathroom fan went off and on all night and one of the overhead lights blinked so much that we just turned it off. Peeling paint in the room. Very worn furniture.
Was changed from original hotel at check-in. The new hotel did not have my needed sleeping arangments (2 beds).
very pet friendly hotel, not something that I would ever book myself
It wasn't clean. The 'free breakfast' was some weak coffee and pre-packaged muffins.
Good Location. Relatively new Hotel, everything is brand new.
Housekeeping not up to the mark. We were given dirty Towels in the rooms. The bedding quality was also not great. The front desk were kind enough to change them for us.
Terrible and super cigarrete smeling room.
Nothing, was way overpriced for what it was
Everything, check in was very unprofessional
Location - easy access to highways and restaurants
Staff not very helpful or polite; never had the needed things in stock (sugar, cream) on any of the days during my stay.
I felt that a staff member was unnecessarily rude in mediating a noise complaint.
great value for the $$. I liked having the Kitchen available. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Free WiFi was easy to connect to and the speed was fine. The whole place was clean.
Don't count on the free breakfast, not much to it.
pet friendly and the room was clean and much better than I anticipated! location was great and value for the money spent excellent
all the dog poop! I think they should have something with doggie pickup bags out in the common area like they have outside of petsmart so people are reminded and it is easy to pick up after your pet cuz all the poop was kinda gross
When I attempted to check in there was no one at the desk for 20 minuets.
This was a good property in a convenient location. It had all the advertised amenities although the free breakfast was sparse, just coffee, some raw fruit, and muffins in cellophane wrapper.
The most displeasing thing about the room was the strong smell of stale tobacco which persisted for a couple of days despite the constant and liberal use of air freshener (purchased within an hour of check-in).
I booked a queen bed in a non-smoking room and the hotel gave me a smoking room with two double beds. The hotel staff gave me the wrong key to a room that was already occupied at midnight and so I went into another man's room at midnight.
The cleaning staff was very friendly and there was plenty of parking. Although somewhere between Priceline and the hotel my reservation was dropped, the desk staff was helpful in sorting things out.
The bed was unbelievably uncomfortable, and I know it wasnt just mine. In the morning there were at least four other parties I heard complaining about their beds. One lady actually checked out early because her bed was so bad.
My bid was accepted.
The location was hard to find. No good signage and gps didn't have directions. I would rate the hotel as a 2-star property. Old furniture & decorations, hard bed, musty smell.
Almost everything. Not anywhere was it mentioned the entire place reeked of cigarettes. I had to wash all my clothes to get the scent out.
Looked like people were 'living' there. And yes, I know it's an extended stay but 'hanging plants' in the windows???
The gentleman working the late afternoon shift was helpful and pleasant. The kitchen and bathroom were clean. The grab and go breakfast was better than expected.
Apparently the whole hotel is smoking and the hallways and the rooms reek!
Smelled bad, bedspread had a bad stain, tacking under bed frame down to floor, refrigerator made too much noise, breakfast not enough.
The room was really nice.
The location was not too good.
The room and amenities were just right. I really like the kitchenette setup. I found the bed firmer than I like but other than that we had a good 2-night stay while attending the Annapolis Boat Show.
Stayed in a room with a queen size bed. First off, the bed only has two pillows where most hotels provide multiple ones for support and comfort. Also, the TV was pretty old and there were a limited number of channels. The kitchen facilities were very nice and the bathroom was nice as well. Very clean hotel and the late check-out time was very nice.
When you're on a budget--sometimes you say, 'as long as the sheets are clean.' Well, I'm not even sure the sheets were clean. This was the most disgusting place I have every stayed. We got there a bit early and took a chance that the room might be ready. They said the room hadn't been cleaned and to please come back later. No problem. We check in later and the room is filthy! Why did they bother saying it needed to be cleaned? The room had not even been vacuumed. The carpet was full of Bobby pins (which looked like needles at first) and other dirt. The shower and entire sink were covered with hair and DUST--dust like it hadn't been wiped down in weeks. How could a cleaning person miss the entire bathroom?? The clerk was very apologetic and said we were the 5th complaint of the night. He offered to switch us but that room didn't look any better and it was late so we stayed. I'm not even sure the sheets were clean. At 3 a.m. a female version of the Bloods v. Crips were screaming and swinging puches outside the front of the motel. No one is on duty at night so this went on for a while.... A clean room, regardless of rate, is a basic expectation for travellers. Otherwise, we might as well pitch a tent. The ground was cleaner than this place.
The price of all the hotels in this area is awful but this place had a great price. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean. I will stay here again
extended stay was inexpensive and a great hotel, the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly
what a great hotel, the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and they had a full kitchen, the area is very expensive, but this hotel was defintly lower in price, and did a great job, what a womderul staff
My wife and I spent the weekend in this hotel, and it had to be one of the dirtiest rooms I've ever had to stay in. We would have checked out, but knew the next available room was 25 plus miles away due to a busy weekend in the area. There was crushed chips on the floor, gum in the carpet, even a wad of gum on the headboard! Every cabinet and door handle was sticky, and covered with various food and who knows what. The 'Fully Equiped Utensil' drawer consisted of 1 rusty spoon, and 2 can openers, one of which was in pieces. I made the mistake of opening the nightstand drawer and found the entire drawer filled with crumbs, can top rings, and who knows what else. The bathroom had mold in various places, and I won't get into what the toilet looked like, but it hadn't been cleaned at all... It wasn't just our room, the elevator had some litter, (Bar straws, and a plastic lid from a container, etc) when we checked in. It was still there when we left 2 days later, along with 10 plus pieces of gum mushed in the carpet. I did send an online complaint that night to the company web site. Two weeks later the manager of the property called and offered a refund of 1 night, and explained that 'There's been a lot of turnover with the housekeeping staff...' and gave her apolgies. I understand problems with help can be a headache, but I believe it is the managers responsibility to keep on top of the staff and property conditions. This was not a sudden downfall, and they will really have to go a long way to bring the property back into acceptable condition.
