This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Beautiful architecture and efficient, extremely friendly staff made this the perfect place to relax.

This hotel is brand new and really is very beautiful. Grand opening was Nov. 15. It is modern and fantastic facilities. Room was wonderful and all room have full ocean view. Buffet breakfast was amazing.
The room was uncomfortably hot. We complained about the temperature and to their credit the staff responded promptly and dispatched someone to fix it. Unfortunately, it was not fixed. I filed a complaint at check out the next day.
The services were set out in a very confined space. The restaurants were limited and the food costs were very high for the fare available. A lot of noise travels between rooms and this is off-puttiing. Lots of kids at pool etc and can be very noisy

The noice, they are working and building the upper flores, so the loud noices of the builders ( hammering , drilling) starts at 06.30 early morning, if you want to sleep after noon you can't really
