The rooms were very big and very clean. They even provided a refrigerator and extra closet space.
There are not a lot of places to eat in town and the pool was undergoing maintenance, so that was disappointing. One of the reasons I chose the hotel was for the pool.
Handicap room @ end of hall, if we didn't have my husband wheelchair he wouldn't made it to the room. No roll in shower in handicap room, for a brand new hotel, thought it odd that not offered in handicap rooms.Overall great stay, nice hotel. Needs to be more handicap friendly, especially for guests in wheelchair. For example handicap rooms closer to elevator, breakfast area room for wheelchairs, handicap rooms with roll in showers.
clean, fresh, new
only one tredmill in the fitness center
New hotel with nice details, large rooms and a nice, free breakfast.
HOUSEKEEPING. Our first assigned room had not been cleaned so we had to be reassigned. Our second room was not cleaned after the first night of two. The desk clerk appeared unmoved by the mess, but another housekeeper (the only one on duty)appeared soon.If the deficient housekeeper has changed, this would be a fine place to stay.
It was very clean and the staff was both helpful and courteous. I enjoyed the stay and would certainly come back.
No I found the hospitality was more than I expected.I would give this Hotel and excellent rating. It was clean, hospitable and the only negative thing I would add is that the breakfast that was offered did not have much variety and that is not a complaint just an observation.
The only thing I can complain about is it did not have a hot tub/whirlpool/Jacuzzi with the pool. The lobby was gorgeous, the breakfast room was very roomy and homey, the pool was very warm and clean, My room was very nice and roomy with nice amish furniture that smelled of brand new wood, the bed was not as comfortable as I was expecting, but I don't really prefer a firm mattress, but the pillows were comfy and the sheets felt nice. The microwave and refrigerator area was nice with the counter and the coffee and tea ammenties. I enjoyed my stay very much.
Handicapped accomadations were excellent to include a hoist for pool, wide hallways and room layout. would stay here agian if in area
the only drawback was lack of restaurants in area(only two close by).Was on a 6 day trip. This hotel was extremely clean and is almost brand new.Traveling with handicapped person accommedations were excellent would definitly stay again if traveling through area.It is a little out of the way so was very quiet. But it is right off main highway.Breakfast was excellent too.
New and relatively clean.
we stayed for four nights over labor day and they only cleaned the room onceGood Hotel. Clean and new. Got a fantastic deal from Price line. There were only a couple of issues that detracted from the experience. At check in the young man at the counter seemed overwhelmed and under trained--It was late and there was an older woman checking in before us--it took over 30 minutes for some reason, perhaps because she had no reservation--We were tired and just wanted to get to our room. The room itself was very nice. We stayed four nights over labor day weekend and they only cleaned the room once. we asked the cleaning staff directly, could they please clean--the last two nights all they did was replace towels and the coffee--the bed remained unmade and nothing else was done. We're pretty laid back but we were discussing it on the long trip home and we were just baffled--never saw anything like it.
very clean and nice staff.
everything was better than expected.it was a beautiful place to stay and i would recommend it to any one.
