Pros:Large rooms w/ large kitchen and large bathroom. Gym. Pet friendly.
Cons:Bed was so uncomfortable. AC doesn’t actually cool the room, just a loud fan. It works for heat but not for cooling. You can hear every footstep of someone above you (and we had VERY loud upstairs neighbors with maybe a large dog?). While rooms have a kitchen and in room W/D. They don’t provide some basics like a small liquid dish soap or laundry detergent. Facilities are not maintained. We used the very small gym 3 days in a row and it had not been replenished of towels or cleaned the entire time. They say they light the fire pit nightly at dusk but they do not. Maybe these are seasonal issues because January is apparently not high season but still worth noting.
Pros:The location was great - just a few minutes from Biltmore Village and the Estate as well as downtown Asheville. Check-in was easy.
Cons:Lack of parking spaces forced us to have to climb several steps before getting to an elevator. It seems the rental area shared parking with the fire pit and hot tub, but is also the smallest lot. Also, the bed was absolutely terrible. Have never slept so poorly in our lives. Even my wife woke up with a sore back, and she never does.
Pros:The staff was very friendly and provided recommendations for local attractions. Just a few blocks from the biltmore entrance.
Pros:We were very pleased with the like brand new condition of our one bedroom suite...the full kitchen was very well equipped for all our needs...the bathroom was beautiful with soaking tub and huge glass shower..the furnishings throughout were lovely,the fireplace worked great and the deck though small looked out on the woods...
Cons:During our stay there were several young families on the property ....don't get me wrong,all very sweet but the hot tub was full of the little darlings much of the time and there was the drumming of little feet over our heads from the unit above fairly late each night..... The location was not quite what I expected.... given the name I thought it would be more contiguous with the Biltmore Estate property...it's not....rather it's on the edge of "Biltmore Village" which is more or less a neighborhood of Ashville rather than actually part of the Estate property...in the end not a big issue..it is not far from the entrance to the Estate and is certainly in a good spot from which to explore Ashville.
Pros:The suite was great especially for the price. The kitchen and living room were comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was huge and luxurious. Bed was comfy and large. Overall great stay
Cons:Finding the check in spot was a bit confusing and our door was hard to open.
