We were welcomed with a smile and pleasant greeting. The room had everything we needed.
I have trouble finding anything I didn't like.
Pet policy and location.
Trash in the stairwell area with no AC. Over use of air fragrants.
The bed sheets were very comfy.
Stood for 12 min at the the front desk waiting for a receptionist to address me. She was sitting behind a partition on the phone the entire time laughing and conversing. When I entered my room, I found maintenance tools on the bed and counter, no apology.
The staff were friendly and the room was quiet.
Nothing negative that I can think of.
The staff is very accommodating and helped me with my baby and dog. For the most part quiet and peaceful.
Room was not the same style of room that we had booked the week before It was not clear that there was different style rooms and the style I wanted was not available on priceline the room was by the elavator we could hear it made it hard to fall asleep
Location and cleanliness
The electronic lock (keycard) would not open my door every time I tried to use it. It would lock fine once opened; it just would not open. The hotel did not charge for either night's stay so it was handled properly. Just a slight inconvenience.
We stayed here over the Holidays and the place was great, the staff was always willing to assist and friendly. The room was clean and efficient for the two of us. We visit Augusta twice a year and the Candlewood Suites is our new place to stay.
The hotel was better than we expected. It was conveniently located and it was worth the cost. We would use it again, if necessary. The clerk on duty was very friendly and helpful.
Not the Ritz but a very nice extended stay hotel. Amenities were exactly what we needed, the room and grounds were clean and well kept, and the guest pantry offered a wide array of snacks and drinks. The pet walk area was also well maintained with available clean-up bags and trash can. And the full size refrigerator, microwave, small stove, and cooking/eating utensils available were handy for saving money on meals by allowing for eating in. A very nice hotel.
