We arrived early (1230 pm) and we were allowed check in early. Breakfast was adequate and a good assortment. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room clean and replacing towels when needed.
Pool access door was broken trapping my kids and I inside the pool area with a temperature of 100 degrees. The only other exit was locked from the outside. After about 10 minutes, we were let out by front desk personnel. Later we found a towel wedged in the door to keep it from locking. The hot tub did not work correctly as all but one of the jets did not work. On one occasion, when we desired to sleep in, the housekeeping staff was so loud outside our door it was impossible to do so. Noise from the highway was expected.
