Major disappointmentPros:NothingCons:I booked a rental vehicle 2 weeks in advance and 1 hr before I was supposed to pick up they called me and told me they had no vehicles. I was supposed to leave at 4:30 am the next morning and all rental companies close to me closed in an hr. I had to make a lot of calls and could only find a vehicle 1hr away for more money. No carsPros:I did receive a phone call notifying me.Cons:No cars available to honor reservation. I did receive a phone call about 30 minutes prior to my reserved pick up time notifying me of the situation. Not much help when you need a car though. No attempt to help me secure a rental with another company, no assistance at all.Reviewed May 9 2017

Worst experience renting a vehicle. Poor service,Pros:NothingCons:Being my vehicle would be there at 12pm, was there at 11;30 am told to come back at 12;00. Came back 12;00 no vehicle. Agent then told me it would be 45 minutes Late. Had to leave was on a tight schedule planned months before. Recieved call from agent at 1;17 pm that vehicle had finally arrived. I should have been notified at 11;30 the vehicle was not going be there. Will never rent from this office again. Had to rearrange whole vacation schedule at the last minute on thanksgiving eve.Reviewed Nov 29 2016
