Cons:They did not honor the price that I reserved it for. I had to pay more
Pros:Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons:We had a reservation but there wasn't a car available. We had one option. A 15 passenger van.
Pros:Quick, easy check in.
Cons:It was a covered car park; clean and comfortable aren't really relevant.
Cons:Guy at the counter was trying to sell the customer in front of us on man-made diamonds - his side gig - while we were in line. Flat tire within a couple hours of driving, roadside assistance thought we were in Jamaica the country, car smelt strongly of smoke, not even a key drop off in the am; had to wait and be checked out - only one fellow there so it was a line!
Cons:The price was ridiculously expensive.
Cons:The inside of the car was dirty, looked like a spilled soda all over the center console.
Pros:Yes! The guy was great, upgraded us! We were there fir a funeral and had a 14 hour drive back so it was greatly appreciated.
Cons:Nothing.

Cons:Selection was only okay.
Cons:Car could have been cleaner.
Pros:staff fine at both locations I appreciate that they do not try to push me to take insurance
Cons:car is far from office at pickup site and I had trouble finding the Albany office
