Cons:The office was far from the arrival point
Pros:The booking was BMW 3 series at carrental.com but at Avis they said it is smaller and had to pay three tomes to get larger car.
Cons:Establishing a quick contact via Email instead of your contact number via phone which is expensive.
Cons:My estimated charge was $373. I was actually charged $448!! I am disputing this charge.
