Pros:Smooth operation, quick pickup
Cons:Could have used map and/or written instructions for vehicle return. Was a bit difficult finding the right turn in.

Cons:the lady who got the car back was telling me assertively that the rented car too has some damage due to the rental cars stepping platform touching a parked scooters side when there was no such damage. she just kept saying it. very unprofessional.
