Convenient location, great car, very clean. Pick up can be more smooth. Not sure why it took so long to enter my details in the computer (since I already entered them online). Took 15 minutes to get my drivers license registered, fill out forms, texting on cellphone, scanning QR codes. Not sure what was happening since i already had a reservation and filled out my details online, but took way too long. Anyway. I am thankful and appreciative of the service. Drop off at the airport was excellent.

Good service, car was clean and in good condition, return was easy and fast.

Rented an Intermediate SUV such as a Mazda CX-5. Only had Jeep Wranglers available. While technically the same class, it’s like driving a truck vs a car. This after a 45 wait in line, so there was no appetite to exchange after finding out. And Avis refused to work with us since the rental was technically with KAYAK

Very friendly but they wouldn't take a debit card or just my Visa number, they had to swipe a card. As my one card had expired I only had the activated new expiry date but not the physical card. Was a huge time issue and eventually had to have a friend bring me a physical card.

Couldn't raise the passenger seat very low but other than that car handled great and was good on gas. Very easy and quick check in and check out at Avis counter.
