We had a very negative experience. We dropped off our car at 5:00 am when they were closed and they are now claiming damage to our vehicle that was not there when we dropped off the car. I would not recommend using this company at all.

Sadly I had ordered a Volkswagen Polo ‘or equivalent’ and was issued with a Toyota Yaris, with no ApplePlay, 85,000km, and several, significant, scratches and bumps

They gave me all electric car without offering me an alternative. Never used one before and was not aware of the hassle it is to find a charging station.

The requested car, automatic, was not available. The wait to pick up the car was long. The car was dirty and nearly empty of fuel. The rental car company insisted we but insurance even though I told them I had bought insurance separately. Drop-off was smooth and quick.

Could not book insurance online, due to service provider limitations (priceline/kayak), so had to buy more expensive one at the counter. Other than this and waiting in line for 50mins (peak season, 2 flights arrived just before I came) it was seamless experience

We were lucky to receive an unexpected upgrade when the car we had reserved was being checked out by another agent at the same time. The hybrid sedan we received instead was perfect for our traveling since we were driving many miles between destinations each day. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and it was a part of our very enjoyable stay in the Albany/Hudson Valley area.
