it was very kind form the staff to allow me to pick the car just on tie, I arrived to the Avis office at 16:50 when they were about to close the office. The only thing is that I have to look for the car at the parking lot, and although it was not very difficult it was a bit weird. Other that that, the car was clean, the service was nice, and everything was just PERFECT. Thank you!

Unacceptable wait time for checking out the car. Horrible road side assistance in Costa Rica. NEVER AGAIN will I rent a car here. Police and 2 insurance adjusters had to come to scene of extremely minor accident. Waited 3 hours on side of road in a nasty dirty smelly area. This was after waiting one hour to get the car. WORST day of a trip ever. And horrible service
