The only car they had was not a midsize SUV-a Jeep Compass-so it was crampe. If I had known that I would have booked with someone else

The whole experience was above average to just under excellent . The person at the counter was very helpful and courteous. No complaints.

They called me morning of and said they had no cars. They offered me no work around to get the deal that I had reserved anywhere else. Instead of my rental costing $140 I had to get one day of somewhere else that cost $800.

I was a little leery because it was so much cheaper than everyone else and it took me to a strange site I'd never heard of before. But it all went through Avis and everything was fine.

The car itself was fine, when we got in to get our car it was 1am. The customer service took an hour to just get our car with only 3 people in line. There were 3 to 4 employees and only one was at a desk taking people. It was super frustrating as no one seemed eager to move things along. It of course didn’t help that I had two crying/tired children waiting in the lobby the whole time.

All good but there was no unleaded gas available in Vannes so we could not fill thrvtank before drop off. Otherwise, terrific.

Was given a clean Toyota Camry hybrid upgrade. However, the cruise control wasn’t working, and I had to travel a couple hundred miles each way between each of my destinations. Fortunately the gas pedal fit a notch between my shoe and part of the carpet. Otherwise great car.
