Cons:The pickup and dropoff is off the airport with unclear signs on how to get there.
Pros:They didn't have the car I ordered nor did they have a similar car. They simply tried to upswell me another car that cost (for only 2 days) another 100$ euros on top of my reserved price. I looked online and saw they had the model I ordered listed as available and several other automatics available. This caused me to cancel my reservation because I felt like I was being taken advantage of.

Cons:Clearly charged wrong amount in euros instead of dollars which I requested
Pros:The vehicle was available the day I need it Barbara the rental person was nice.
Cons:The car was very dirty inside and out. There was a very poor selection of automobiles. Either too small and cheap or larger and expensive. I wanted to feel safe. And had no option in between. Not a good value for my money.
Cons:Charge me more than what was agreed and can not get them by phone
