Pros:Vehicle was clean and in good operating condition. Friendly Avis age us both at pick up and drop off.

Cons:I know it is a bit difficult to have some one at 4:20 am at the airport so you could feel a bit more secure about the deliver of the car
Pros:Pickup was easy and smooth.
Cons:Drop off: When I arrived at my dropoff location the lady told me I would be charged $200 for bring it to the wrong location. Turned out the Avis in Pittsburgh gave me the wrong car that was reserved for someone else, and because of this I had to pay for their mistake. I called customer service right after and fixed the fiasco, but I will not be getting my refund for up to 14 days. The lady at the drop off in Rome,NY was also not helpful.
Cons:Computer problem made the pick up time unusually long. Interior of car was dirty.
Pros:Overall, everything was good, excellent even.
Cons:Actual pick-up and drop off were excellent, the problem I had was in the drop-off: Orlando International Airport has two terminals, different airlines in each. I did not know if this applied to the car rentals as well. Your system makes it very hard to get to talk with a person, as this question would not apply to the voice operating system. Very frustrating while in traffic driving around the airport, to the point that I doubt I'll use you again. I.E., if I choose to talk with an operator DO NOT program the computer operator to persist in it's attempt to service me. I have no aversion to using the computer operator, I just knew it could not help.
Pros:I had apparently made a mistake and rented from the wrong location. I thought I was picking up from Pittsburgh International Airport, but I wasn't. The lady at the avis counter at the airport, was not the friendliest or most helpful, but but I chatted with someone online he at least kinda helped. Once we finally got to the place we needed to be (45 minutes away) the lady at the Mount Pleasant Avis was great. Very friendly, able to help me switch my drop off location, and sent me on my way, after a long process of trying to get to the correct spot.
Cons:The rental car, we ended with a a Toyota 4 runner, which was great, it was an upgrade to what we were getting, because they had nothing else available. The only thing that was terrible about the rental car itself, the smell of cigarette smoke, it was horrible. I went and bought airfresheners to try and help the smell. Im sure there are policies of not smoking in the cars, if there is not, probably should be. If people are still smoking in them, maybe the airing out process or something needs to be longer or something.
Quick processing at the counter compared to other companies. Very smooth, friendly and quick rental.
Car had obviously been in an accident prior. Huge scratches and dents on passenger side. Car had message “needs maintenance” the entirety of drive and gas tank was not full on pick up. The inside of vehicle looked like it received a quick sweep but obviously was not thoroughly cleaned. Found trash in several cup holders and a hand gun magazine with bullets in console. Was very disappointed with the overall experience and told clerk about all of this but received no response.
Pros:The rep, Desiree, was so friendly and helpful. I had booked to the wrong location in PIT and she took care of it very quickly and really so warmly.
Cons:The line took quite a while to move through before I got there. Not sure what took so long.
Pros:Attendants working pickup booth at Pittsburgh pa airport and fort Walton beach airport.
Cons:Van was not very clean. Meaning French fries chicken nugget and pieces of broken glass under back seats. Also vehicle pulled hard to left on highways. Checked air pressure in all tires. All were good.
