Pros:Staff was courteous. Short waits. In and with ease on pickup and return.

Cons:They didn’t accept my type of credit card at pick up, leaving me stuck at airport with on the spot rental from another company at twice the cost. Would be great to approve all details of a rental before confirming reservation.
Cons:Let's see...$90 per day for a Ford Fiesta, add a second driver at $13 per day, that's $100+ per day including taxes and fees. Are you kidding? I feel fleeced.
Pros:Happy to have chosen this more expensive choice. Comfortable. Avis was able to extend our time without much difficulty.
Cons:No where in the paperwork did it say that they would not rent if you used a credit/debit card. It states you need a credit card to pick up vehicle. My card is both as it does have a credit line as well. They would not rent to me and were very rude even saying that they are not an Avis owned business just a private business that rents vehicles through Avis so they would not honor the reservation. I had to call 6 other places in town just to find a car and it cost me $300 more than my so called guaranteed reservation I made weeks in advance. To make a long story short Enterprise in downtown Anchorage was awesome to deal with and saved my vacation.
Cons:very expensive, but they all were expensive.
