The associates in West Lebanon were fantastic. They informed me that a compact car was available immediately instead of the truck listed online. This worked much better for me. And they helped me consolidate my two separate rentals into one rental over two days. So helpful to my convenience!

They do not open until 9:00AM. My flight was cancelled at 5:00AM. It is ridiculous that no cars were available to rent until 9:00AM.

I canceled the reservation because they make us pay for the car insurance. I wanted to use my credit card in case of accidents but they make it mandatory to pay for their insurance. It happened in the past.
