Pros:We like the car.
Cons:First and foremost the one way drop off charge was double the cost of the weeks rental! That is incredibly unfair charge $600. At the drop location at the airport (it closed at 7pm???) it was very poorly organized. The lot were we dropped off the car didn't have the box to drop off the keys. That is usually were the box is located But no we had to walk to another location (with our luggage). it was at a counter were one rents cars. it was not well mapped out, we had to spend to much time looking for it while pulling our luggage (3 suitcases). Extremely uncomfortable.

Pros:car model and delivery was as advertised / good deal for the money
Cons:actual rental procedure is a bit backwards being asked to provide two credit cards and an international drivers license (which is 30 min taken out of your life to 1) take a photo and 2) going to a AAA agency for them to make you one). The funny thing is, those licenses don't even have polish language in it.

Cons:You listed the drop off location to be open until 4pm. I arrived at 3.10pm. They were closed. Had to return car next day, with additional fees. Avis said the mistake was with KAYAK.
