Cons:attempted to overcharge! abbusive employees! no apology when caught !!!! am a 30 year PREFERRED customer.
Cons:car too small for my needs and a different car would have me waiting an additional 30 minutes
Pros:Counter was helpful and very nice. Drop off was super easy and friendly.
Cons:There were even more taxes added when I went to pick up.
Cons:We had a really new car, but had to be jump started 2 times in the morning before leaving condo the battery wouldn't crank the motor to start. We received assistance from valet at condo and and no more issues that day. But overnight again car needed a jump start.
Pros:The rep at the Sears was very nice and the car was fine. I did not like the fact Kayak booked a car at what appears to be charleston airport and when you land , it is 20 min away
Cons:The car rented was NOT at the charleston airport when I landed. It was at a mall inside a Sears garage shop. I had to take a taxi to get there, It was awful, I asked for a manager at the airport and it took too long and they could not locate a manager in the end. I was NOT happy with Kayak

Pros:should’ve have been more courteous send us an email explaining the company has no vehicles before the date of pickup, I lost a day of work thinking my reservation was good but I was told “Life happens “

Terrible. Waited in line at desk, paid and headed to garage. Then waited over an hour for a vehicle. No cars and not nice staff.
Everything was easy and as-planned. The only thing that wasn’t great was that I didn’t have obvious instructions for the drop off procedure for the small airport I was dropping off the car at. I wish Avis would have sent me instructions for the drop off at my specific location.
Cons:The car smelled like smoke and had stains everywhere. And the service took a long time waiting in the heat.
