Pros:Happy and helpful attendant in the return lot
Cons:The front passenger seat belt was cut in half. There was a crack in the windshield and paint damage to car. Really a safety concern overall.

Cons:This interaction and rental were perfect.
Cons:We were under the impression that our car was at the airport it was at a satellite location a mile away, I booked a premium ful size car a Chevrolet Impala or similar I ended up wth a Nissan Altima. Called Avis and complained . They tried to tell me that the car was a full size and I should have relized the car wasn’t at the airport. Will never book with Avis again

Cons:KAYAK had me pay $18 dollars up front for insurance for a 2-day rental, even though it was a one day only according to AVIS. Also, AVIS had no record that I had already paid for insurance through KAYAK, so they wanted to charge me again. I declined the AVIS insurance, but I don't know why KAYAK had not notified AVIS ahead of time. The insurance from AVIS was only $11.

Cons:When I arrived at my designated pick up time the Avis rental was closed for the day. I had to rent from a desk at the airport, and was charged three times the amount I was quoted on Kayak.
Cons:When I made the reservation it was not clear that the rental location was not at the airport. We waited in line for the rental at the airport and then were told we were at the wrong location. We had to take a taxi to pick up and drop off the car. Another couple we met had the exact same experience so it is a problem.
