the staff were so accomadating when we were checkin out.they stored our bags, and gave us towels to shower before we left the hotel for the airport.
the only place we ate whilst in Bamgkok was in the hotel restaurant, whilst on our flight back to Ireland my friend got extremely sick with food poisining from the dinner we had the night before.
The room was very nice and clean and the staff was generally friendly and helpful. The location is also very good, in a walking distacne from the main sights (Palace) and restaurants and bars.
I like the location of the hotel; on the river, near khao san area. I like having a balcony.
I felt the price is too high for what the hotel is. I stayed here 2 years ago for half the price, which I felt was a good price; for the price they charge now, you can find better.
Great location, nice rooftop swiming pool
Restaurant staff, poor breakfast
The location was quite good . 2 steps to express boat on river chao praya
Rooms with cityview are very very lound due to live musíc played every night nerby.
Nice restaurant facing the river.
The description of the room as "City View" is very misleading. Should have been "Slum View". It was very noisy and the view was of a depressed slum. We had to keep the curtains on to avoid seeing the outside and the people from the building across the street seeing into our room.
The hotel has balkony with a view to Chao Praya. Location is also very good. Breakfast was really good and the you can have it on a terrace which has a view to the river.
Hotel staff couldn't speak well in English.
Free internet via WIFI is good.
It is new (you know a new hotel is better than the same category one not new), in the center, well communicated, and good views.
Very difficult to talk to staff. English is not the best in Thailand. They are also new in the job and they do not control very well their duties and explanations to the customer
Roof top pool, closeness to restaurants, bars, stalls etc, the hotel restaurant is great
My view. I booked a delux city view which I paid extra for but only got a view of the road and pub opposite
