No toiletries like toothbrush. No fresh drinking water supplied. They didn’t refund my money I paid them in cash mean twice I paid. The room was really very small! Since we arrived, we have found some damages and reported it to the housekeeping staff but no one cared and rectified the problem. The toilet was also leaking non-stop for the whole night as well, but no one attended to repair. Bath towels are also in a bad condition. Just at night the room seems no soundproof, can hear the noise from outside. No mineral water given in room and housekeeping need to alert if you want to change your bedsheet. ?♂️ Very Cheap but I won't hurt if you offer at least a bottle of water when checking in. This is a very basic hotel which worked out fine for a single night's stay. It is a very small and clean room and good value if you just need somewhere to stay for the night close to the Silom night market. The room is very clean and the staff is friendly. Weed shop downstairs. However, you have to prepared some amenities by your own like drinking water, cotton buds, shower cap. The hotel is nothing special, for European standards it is a budget hotel that can be booked for 1-2 nights. For more it is not practical for more nights. The location is very good, but that's it. Rooms are very small. The price of the night is acceptable because of the location. Room tiny. Two hangars for wall-mounted clothes rack. Light so dim in bathroom that it was hard to see. No drinking water, no lotions or amenities. Air conditioner had a loud hum. And I could hear the conversation(s) in the next room. Never again. There is no tissue in bathroom n plastic bin. Too small the rooms, and price. The facilities of was good...the left is they didn't provided the room mineral water..even if u stay other hotel with less than this price of room...they did provide the mineral water to the room daily...and the promotion was offered by booking.com ..was fake..and I have to paid more for room..no doubt I was make an earlier booking... Air conditioning unit very temperamental & if using temperature settings, or any fast cooling mode, the unit would sound like a noisy fridge after about 15 mins. Only way to overcome it and get a relatively quiet night's sleep, was to select the teardrop symbol (uncertain if outside mode or dry mode), with the fan on low. A/C remote control was awful and many times was unresponsive. To switch the unit off when I left my room in the morning, this would involve multiple attempts at pressing the power button, having to remove & reinsert the batteries & finally it would accept the command to switch off after 5 - 10 minutes of trying. I'd never stay in that same room again!
