Cons:Room was not was expected. No bedding for our pull out bed.

Pros:Had a lovely stay! Have no complaints. Suggestion, more fresh fruit options. I have food alergies and cannot eat anything containing wheat. My husband and i enjoy breakfast included hotels but find when there is a lack of fruit or yogurt, I get coffee. The staff was very nice and friendly
Cons:the pool needed chemical treatment. It was very cloudy.
Pros:That the clerk Jenni was very helpful ,friendly and made me feel very welcome .
Pros:The room was clean and the night was quiet. That's really the only good we expierenced while we stayed here.
Cons:Rooms were clean, but the lady working behind the desk was extremely rude. I came to the front desk to check in and she obviously knew I was there. She just kept doing what she was doing for about 5 mins then walked over and said "Name." So I told her my name then she turned around to grab stuff and said "credit card and ID." She said nothing more to me about anything. Not even when she handed me paperwork to sign. When all was said and done I got my keys and asked where is my room, she just said down there and walked away. I later went back to ask if we could get some towels for the pool because they were out and there was a line of at least 5 people and she continued to sit behind that little wall and not helping customers. The next morning I went back to again ask for towels for the pool since we did not get any last night and they were still out. After standing at the desk for several minutes again while the same girl hid in her corner she finally walked up to help me. When I asked for towels she said " we ain't got none, they being washed". Then she walked away. This girl is seriously one of the rudest customer service workers I've ever met.
Pros:The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was pretty good. The price was good
Cons:The shower head was pretty clogged and it took forever for the hot water to get to the shower.
Pros:Our room was nice. Temp control worked, which so often is not the case. Fairly quiet.
Cons:Though the entire hotel is supposed to be nonsmoking, we had to walk through a lobby that smelled of smoke, and then our hallway was full of smoke. It was thick enough that it made my child sick.
Pros:I found it very comfortable - I had no complaints at all . Everything was clean - I didn't feel like I had to worry. We even had fresh baked cookies downstairs at midnight - it was wonderful. and a perfect breakfast in the morning :)
Pros:Location, front desk guy & breakfast were all solid.
Cons:Little loud from constant train related travelers.
