The Amethyst pool area is amazing. feels really VIP and the staff there treat you like royalty and make the effort to talk to you.
Pool service is a little slow.

The hotel ambience and facilities
Yes, fiirst of all, the front desk service is very poor and the staff is totaly unqualified for such five star hotel. Secondly, I've never seen a hotel that charges its guests for the valet parking.
staff and the location
