expensive room service
annoying and poor breakfast, hotel is desperately needs renovation, don't have own beach with sand - only pools, but only one worked while we stay.
Location to the Mediterreanian Sea. Buffet breakfast. Pool area
Toilet problems while we were there. Some interior repair work required. A more convenient pickup location for taxis/family pick ups - parking for such.
Although it was closed for winter while we were there, the pool area looked like it would be great in the summer
The breakfast was very weak, the rooms very dated (although some were being uodated when we were there) and the walls so thin that you could hear everything which was heppening in the next room and the corridor. Definately not worth upgrading to a Delux room as it was no different to our friends in the standard room.
The staff, the cleanliness of the room, and the facilities of the taxi
The front office people tried to help but felt short. The beach is good allthough a sign saying 18+ should be posted
Terrible room service. The room was fealthy dirty with major unremovable stains on the walls, carpet, sofa. Sofa are extremely uncomfortable. The bedding is terrible and full of dust. Amneties of the suite was primitive. The suite is worth 50$/nught not 570
Beach Club was great and well managed. Staff very helpful and were able to assist with organising trips out of town.
I got food poisoning from having lunch at the Beach Club - so would not recommend the food - especially the Chicken Kebab.
some staff were very good, clean of room was the best pool side is great
there is no resturant inside the hotel and the food is very expensive, some of the staff seems to be always in a hurry when telling something, they should give more time to customer and should explain everything in a good manner and in detail.
This hotel is below average in all respects; the breakfast was appaling, the choice in the "buffet" was very limited and we had a "Sea view room" which overlooked the hotels Beach Disco which continued at 100 decibels way into the early hours of the morning - not recommended
actually I was most of the time because of business
