Helpful staff, very convenient location.
Our bed was two beds pushed together.
Location was great, room very nice, breakfast average. 38 steps to front door workable, parking convenient and free!
Nothing. Some people thought the rear rooms were dark but we didn't and it was nice look out on a cobble alley
I fell in love with Bellagio, and this hotel was perfect for my stay. Tucked away between the upper road into town and the lower road along the lake, this hotel was charming and romantic with big, huge views of the lake and mountains. The rooms were simple but clean and comfortable. The owner, Jane, was gracious, welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast on the small terrace, overlooking the town was delightful. I loved it so much, I extended my stay by another day and would have moved in if they would have let me.
The night clerk did not give me my requested "wake-up" call the first day, and woke me an hour late the second day. I didn't ask for one on the third day. Other than that, a perfect stay.
Clean room, breakfast not rich but ok,quiet place
I have booked a room with a lake view, but I was given a one without. They said it was me who was mistaken.Their lake view rooms cost 160 and mine was 140,but it was on promotion. The horel is not worth the money, but apparently it is because of the touristique attraction of Belaggio
