The Summit Village of Shanty Creek Resort has various room layouts for guests to choose from, some boasting a fantastic and expansive view of Antrim County. The simplest and most classic layout for fuss-free guests, couples, small families and solo travelers is the guest room. This standard room features a full bathroom and two queen-sized beds.

Great for families, the spacious king parlor rooms are located in the Shanty Creek Lodge and are complete with king-sized beds, a living space, spacious and full-sized bathroom, as well as executive dining tables and in-room spa tubs. Also great for families who need a little extra space, the king studio layouts feature a full-sized kitchen complete with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and oven for in-room meals. The room also boasts a comfy king-sized bed and full bathroom. These king studio rooms may be connected to a guest room to make a two- and one-bedroom "condo." And for guests who enjoy the luxuries in life, t​​​​he presidential suite is a spacious bedroom bedroom complete with a living room, dining room, kitchen and super-comfortable king-sized bed.

Shanty Creek Resort Summit Village offers two in-house dining options: The Lakeview, serving up American breakfast, lunch and dinner favorites, and the more casual River Bistro, great for grabbing a quick bite and a cocktail or brew after a game of golf.
