The location of the hotel was excellent. There really was enough space for a couple and two large balconys were nice for smokers. The breakfast was also ok.
The elevators were so slow that it was almost funny. The fridge wasn`t functioning in our appartment.
location is very good
no refrigerator in the room..
the location was very good and the room nice. a typical city hotel
the employes were not willing to assist in any way. they were not polite
the location, close to public transport
Great view from vindows and the balcony, in a very spacious room. The hotel is located a little off Alexanderplatz, but in fact I liked that, and there is a tram stop just outside the entrance.
Very expensive wireless internet in the room (although there is free use of two computers in the lobby).
Cleaning of room was excelent
The lift was horrible, the noice from street horrible, the breadfast staff was not friendly and the breakfast table missed food all the time!
We booked a twin room but ended up with a 2 bedroom apartment. The hotel is an East Berlin housing block that has been refurbished. The balcony in the room looked out over the city too, for such a cheap price it was great value. The staff were also super friendly.
The accommodation was very spacious and as there were two separate rooms it was ideal for staying at with an older child.
breakfast was cool..., room was big enough and quite comfy... altogether good place to stay...
well, dont think that some of the reception staff were very friendly... and the surrounding of the hotel is not the most pleasant (typical Ostberlin) and located tooooooo close to traffic which is a bit loud...
It was very central. Reception staff were helpful and recommended a good and reasonable restaurant for dinner. Also the room was extremely comfortable and a very generous in size. It was a relaxing place to stay.
As we ate breakfast late - near to the end of breakfast time, the choice of food was inevitably limited. The staff were a bit dictatorial about where we could sit. This was not helpful as I needed to have a secluded table in order to have a personal talk with my daughter. However it was good that they did not hurry us out at 10.00 when breakfast finished, and there was a plentiful supply of coffee.
