WiFi did not work. Staff was not friendly. Poor location
Indoor hot tub
a/c did not work very well, it smelled musty
This guest did not leave comments about this hotel.
Room had a minor mildew odor.
The hotel was very convenient to the area I was visiting.
Room had a damp smell the whole stay. bathroom tub did not drain. flies n the room.
Stay here every time we go visit my son, it is halfway point. Always clean, and friendly service.
Ask for more bath towels because we used the ones in room to swim. Lady said I should have ask for pool towels. She would only give me pool towels for bathing, which were very hard and scratchy. Kids said it hurt to use them. Lol
The beds hadn't been changed, only made up and the front desk clerk said the house keeper quit and we were the 30th guest that complained about the dirty sheets and room. We had to stay since no other rooms in area.
It was close to wear we needed to be. Also, seems to have improved from last year when we were there.
It's not a four star hotel, but it was adequate for our needs.
The whole experience was good. The staff was very nice and helpful.
The bottom of the tub was either badly stained or dirty and the drain stop was broken so you had to lift it to drain. The room smelled weird.
free breakfast should be available earlier than 6 AM
Did not have non smoking rooms in the front...not clean by our standards...some bugs in room.
Friendly staff. Big rooms
The carpet was stained and looked nasty. Air conditioner was old and didn't work right
I wad there for Rocklahoma as were many of the guests.... It was surprisingly quiet!
The toilet whistled loudly when you flushed it and the shower whistled as well. You couldn't flush the toilet in the middle of the night unless you wanted to wake up the other people in the room.
easy checkin/out,nice size room, clean, good pillows and bedding
we stayed in aug 2012 2 days in Vinita in order to attend to the Rodeo. The Motel is situated in a strategic place on a crossroad of 2 highways and very near to the town. I appreciated this because we arrived very late and it was easy to find the motel in the dark. The only 2 lights were the Motel and the Rest area nearby. Comfortable room, clean, quiet, spacious. All the important services were present and the personnel was very friendly and helpful. I recommend it.
Very clean, our room was on the highway side of the motel and I couldn't hear any road noise. Made for a decent nights sleep
On a road trip wiyh my girlfriend from Cali to South Jersey and we needed a quick spot to sleep and get a hot breakfast. Big Cabin Super 8 was a great stay for the price! We asked for fresh linen because we're sticklers and they had no problem giving it to us. They had a very nice 24hr diner across the street with ok food. and had an ok hot breakfast with belgium waffles! The rooms were very neat and clean. They were small but cozy and not to compact. Great stay for a night or a few.
Staff was pleasant enough, locks on doors didn't work and had to keep getting a new key, and eventually I had to get the manager to come exchange the lock on the door. Also maid left room open and unattended while she was cleaning other rooms. Rooms are located outside right on the parking lot. I did not feel comfortable driving up and seeing my room door open and no one around anywhere .
The Pool, although very chlorinated, and hot tub were great. The little breakfast bar was good. The room was okay. Cleanliness was clearly not a priority to this hotel. The carpet was badly stained, baseboards looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months, there were a couple of dead bugs in the bathroom, and the sheets had some little stains on them. We also asked if they had cribs available and they said yes, but when we got there all they had was a travel crib that looked about 10 years old with no mattress -they did give us an extra comforter to lay in the bottom of it, but we let our son sleep in bed with us. I think if it get's better management with someone who cares about details, it would be fine.
