Nice hotel room, nice modern feel, very comfortable. No fridge in the rooms and the toilets are unreasonably close to the wall for some unknown reason. Good view of Billings... the restaurant on the 20th floor was great, as far as I could see and the views from the 20th floor were very nice - especially in the evening!
If I had been able to sleep the hotel would have been fine. However, the bed was sooo bad that I couldn't sleep at all. Then, because of lack of sleep I ended up getting sick. I wouldn't stay there again for anything.
I found this hotel clean and confort level excellent of the room and bed. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpfull. The veiws was nice and the noise level from the hall and other rooms seams very low and quiet. I did get to eat in the hotel resturant and it was not that bad. I did find several other resturants in walking distance from the hotel that are great to eat at. I would return to this hotel anytime I can.
Clean. Nice room. Not the greatest location. For the most part it is quiet. Checkout people were friendly.
Some of the best views in the City of Billings, but the hotel is dated. The rooms are fairly small with low ceilings. Parking is difficult, although it is free. Internet is free, but it is slow.
We stayed at the Crowne for 2 days and had a great time with lots to do in the down town area. There are lots of great places to eat near the motel and the exercise room was very nice. The room was a little dusty and could have been cleaned a little better, but for the most part was okay. Next time I stay I will ask for a room that faces either north or south since those are the best views of the down town area.
nice hotel. staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Quiet. Restaurant quite good...best ever French Onion Soup
The bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have the lavender pillow spray, ear plugs, and sleep mask. The bathroom was very nice, and clean. The shower didn't drain well, which was my only con of the room. The room service was good. The breakfast in the restaurant was good, but pricey. Overall this was an excellent and comfortable stay!
very nice stay , welcomeing staff & very help full. will stay here again and recomend to others! thatks travelocity :)
The staff was very pleasant & helpful. Bed was comfortable & on the whole had a very pleasant stay. Nice & clean.
My wife and I stayed there for 3 nights. We had a great time!
The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were made up with excellent quality bedding and when I called for an extra blanket for my toddler, the service was prompt.
I am not usually hard to please. I have stayed at all types of hotels at all price ranges - but this was a true disappointment. Concierge desk staff was very friendly and the main/public areas of the hotel were clean and nice. The heater / air conditioning was loud - all night - turning on and off - it sounded like the entire HVAC system was in our room! NO SLEEP! The rooms have been decorated nicely but are tiny. Bathrooms updated well and of average size. When we first arrived at our room, there were dirty towels/rags on the floor right by the door that the housekeeper had left behind. When I approached her and manager about retrieving them, they were rude. Gym had a funky smell and there is not a pool. THIS IS A VERY OLD HOTEL THAT IS A TRANSITIONAL AREA OF BILLINGS - BOTH THE HOTEL AND THE AREA HAVE A WAYS TO GO! Not impressed and will NOT staying again.
Good first impression - easy to get to from airport, clean lobby, friendly staff, updated room (nice flat screen t.v.). I guess I should have been suspicious of the gift bag on the bed with ear plugs, eye mask, and complimentary 'sleep soundly' audio disk. The room, even on the 14th floor, was very noisy. Not just from the occasional train but also lots of traffic noise. I couldn't figure out why I could hear the folks in the next room so clearly - then I got down on my hands and knees and realized I could actually SEE through the floor level air vent into my neighbors room. Actually saw feet about 6 feet away through the duct work. Nothing on either end but a metal grate. If I weighed 30 lbs less I could have crawled over to say hello... The only real issue, however, is the following: THERE IS NO FAN, VENT, OR WINDOW IN THE BATHROOM! I realize this doesn't seem like much while you're sitting here reading this but... trust me... it might just be an issue on your vacation with that ''special someone'' (I knew I shouldn't have had that Mexican food during my Chicago layover...). Seriously, you have to leave the bathroom door open when showering or it steams up so much you can't find your towel. Overall, a nice, if maybe a little embarrassing, stay. Bring your sense of humor.
We were not informed of renovations which started at 9am and throughout the whole day. When you check in at 5am, this is unacceptable. The hotel is a mess and rooms should not be sold.
