There was very little we liked about the hotel.
The hotel staff charged us more than our Priceline price. They added $20 in additional fees & taxes. The breakfast was stale donuts from the day before. This hotel may seem like the cheapest option but after their hidden fees, it's the same price as most other hotels in Billings.
Large gap between door , secerity latch was broken from outside in. Outside patio door was unlocked and open when we entered room. Bathroom was dirty and safety.Walked over guys on stairs blocked all doors! With furniture!!!! Took shifts to sleepWould never recommend this place and if you have to bring own bedding, cover pillows with towels as we did and bring protection!!!!
It was very quiet. The TV was new and the water was HOT. There was a good sized mini fridge and decent microwave, which we appreciated for a five day stay.
When we got to our room the door was slightly ajar and it seemed there had been a rushed preparation,as the bathroom was not clean--hair on the floor-. The pillows were FLAT and not comfortable and one had blood on it so I asked for a replacement. It was reasonably ok for the price. The young woman at the front desk at night was very cordial and helpful. We didn't ever get to the breakfast, but I saw what was set up when I checked in and it looked was minimal. The shuttle to the airport is limited to daytime hours only, an inconvenience for anyone arriving or departing early or late. The housekeeper didn't replace the coffee or cups one day so we had to go down to the desk to get more for the next morning. They really do need to replace the pillows!
It was clean in a run-down sort of way.
They advertised xxx on priceline but when I checked in they had hidden fees and charged xxx for the same room.Clean, but a false advertising on the prices.
Simple, clean, and as expected. The management were very good folks, very helpful. You get what you pay for here, and what you're paying for is a clean, safe place to spend the night. I would certainly stay here again, next time we're in Billings.
For the price, I couldn't find anything to complain about. Well, ok, if you insist...I would have preferred that the beds had fitted sheets. Not a show-stopper, I'll stay here next time regardless. Two beds, a clean bathroom, a flat-panel TV on the wall. For 60 bucks, what else would you be expecting. If you want the Hilton, go stay in the Hilton (and pay for it too). If you want good accommodations for a night or two, and don't want to hemorrhage cash out your eyeballs for it, stay at the Western Inn.
The price and location.
Coffee pot in room would be appreciated. It seemed a higher class motel than the price reflects.
It was relatively clean.
Hard to find anything in that area. Light from street shone through curtains.Wouldn't stay at this hotel again. Did not care for the town of Billings
Close to good restaurants.
Didn't get any sleep due to noise and the beds were very uncomfortable.Clean but not a comfortable stay after a long trip. Staff was unsympathetic about the poor night stay. Price ended up being almost $20 more than what the reserve rate was. Not a good experience at all.
The owner was awesome. He made our stay be so pleasant. The room was clean, comfortable, and convenient to the airport. We really enjoyed our stay. We only wished we had allowed more than oe night at this motel. Great value!
