Ordered breakfast never got it had to call and they say we didn't see there it is.
The shower curtain was nasty!
I had a fantastic end room that was roomy and had great views. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly. I will definitely stay here again.
It was clean, pleasant, friendly, and a great atmosphere.
Our bedding was damp from the cleaning crew just finishing our room, but other than that NOTHING!!!
The room was average. It is not a 3 star. The food was nasty. Twenty dollars for a buffet and everything was not good. I will stay at IP from now on.
Steak and Shake being on the property
EVERYTHING else about this hotel! Discusting carpet, horrible smell in entire hotel, SMALL casino, no shopping around the hotel, only 1 person working check-in counter, small room, small bathroom, elevators looked like they haven't been cleaned in months, etc. This hotel is a 2-star hotel at best and definitely not a 3-star or above. Harrah's should be ashamed and embarrassed of this place, because I know I was ashamed and embarrassed that I took my wife there for our anniversary!
It was a spur of the moment weekend trip to extend our business trip on the Alabama coast. The bed was comfortable; the sheets were soft and clean and the bathroom was clean and adequate. We didn't spend much time in our room. No complaints.
Price Easy check in at 4am Free parking Nice pool
No late check out (and when checking in at 4am on a Thursday night I think they could have spared an hour or two for a late check out on Friday) Limited food options unless ordering room service
the room was very nice! The staff was the nicest in Biloxi !
nothing. It was a perfect get away
View at night was nice, pool was excellent and well maintained. Casino was great. Loved the Steak and Shake in the building.
Beds were slightly uncomfortable with no comforter, no selection on tv. Movies were expensive compared to other casino hotels. Vending machines were not stocked and only Pepsi products were sold in the property.
The beds were great!
The pool area was very dirty. I was miss informed about the pool. I was told by staff that it had a lazy river.
I was a bit disappointed in the facilities. It had everything it advertised just in smaller portions. The Casino was small and under staffed in my option, it had everything you needed just was missing the wow facture. The only nice restaurant in the hotel is only open for 4 hours a day, which we missed out on. The pool was a main attactiin for us this trip, I was sorely disappointed in the staff and operation of the area. Its the coast, it's going to have showers everyday. Everyone knows this, but instead of closing the pool during the showers and reopening in a reasonable time, it would be closed for hours sometimes for the rest of the night. After 8 pm to midnight is suppose to be adult only which is not enforced. I was not appoached by a cabbana staff for a drink though the bar was inside the pool area. And to top it off they run out of towels by 1 pm and didn't offer any substitution. Everything was nice and adequate, but I've stayed at many hotels that were just as nice if not nicer. We were celebrating my husband's 40th birthday and I really wanted a WOW get away, this was not it.
My room was not ready when I got there despite the fact that I called the day of to confirm and noted it would be a late check in. We arrived at 10pm and they had no idea where to put us. We had to wait 15 minutes before my husband demanded to be put in a room. This must me a common occourance because we were not the only couple sitting on the bench waiting for a room; I sadly noticed several people in the dreaded holding bench thoughout our stay. Note that just because it across the street from the coast does not mean there is a beach! You must drive to the beach.
Harrahs Gulf Coast was amazing upon arrival we were immediately greeted by the Valet and directed to the front desk where we were greeted again. Our accommodations were nice and bed was comfy. It was nice to have a variety of food choices at the hotel. We enjoyed going to the Mix n Mingle bar on the premises the staff were very personable, and remembered us by name. My favorite part was that the pool was closed to children at exactly 8pm and my husband and I along with the other adults had nice romantic nights with adult beverages in the pool and hot tub. We enjoyed so much that we checked in and didnt leave until check out. Guess we will catch the beach next time. We will definitely return this summer. Keith n Rena
I liked everything about the hotel. Many dining options on the property. I really liked that the casino is closed off from the hotel so that you don't have to deal with the smoke if you're not gambling. Nice family hotel and pool area. Very clean hotel.
the swimming pool was a hit wt my family
We paid a nice price for a deluxe suite . We expected something a lot nicer . It was just a regular room wt a big bed .
Location and reasonably priced place to eat
Slow service and house keeping forgot to put bath towels in bathroom
Location was great, right by beaches and better casinos. Pool and hot tub are very nice and relaxing. Rooms were very clean and large. Valet was very nice and helpful.
Front desk was rude and not very helpful. Outdoor bar by pool was ill-equipped and slow to get out drinks. Showers took over 10 minutes to get hot. Casino not as nice as others on the coast, reminded me of a truck stop casino.
Room was shabby and badly in need of update. Furniture was stained and obviously old. Pool area was dirty and pool furniture in need of repair. Only a snack bar, buffet and fast food store. Staff was not very helpful.
I liked how clean it was.
I didnt like how snappy the staff was it was actually kinda rude I didn't like that there was only 5 TV chanels you were basically forced to rent a movie or not watch tv at all. The fact that you have to rent a microwave an fridge is rediculous. I've stayed in 1 star hotels with better service, an it actually came with a microwave an mini fridge. I definitely wouldn't stay again.
Wifi should be free. Noboby makes you pay for wifi .
Liked that other casinos were nearby. This one was not great.
Hotel nickel and dimes you for everything. Hotel lost power for 3 hrs and blamed it on the city. Funny....the casino was up and running! I was very worried about the elderly guests that had no electricity. To make it up to the guests, they only provided some Danishes, coffee and water. Staff did not seem to care
Fabulous staff. Clean & bright casino, very few smokers during my visit. Ample on site parking.
Unfortunately our first room was very dirty (pubic hairs all over bathroom, dirty comforter, dusty counters, etc), the fire alarm wouldn't stop beeping so we requested a new room which clearly irritated whoever we spoke to. Second room was directly below (667 to 567) so of course we still heard the fire alarm all night but it was so late I gave up.
I will never stay here again! I tried to check in but had insufficient ID. And then management refused to refund my $ even though I didn't get past the front desk, calling me a no-show. Too many choices in Biloxi to put up with such treatment.
Wireless Internet service = $12 per device per day
The bartender was very friendly and the grilled chicken sandwich at the bar was delicious!
I had stayed at this casino 6 years ago and it was nice. But now in 2014, it's really a sad, completely outdated old relic. Everything is basically Motel 6 quality. The most uninteresting, early 90's decor, overall unattractive furnishings, carpets, etc. Just really was shocked that anyplace could be so dated and still be in business. I would never stay here again or bring my wife or kids. It's a total dive.
Nice swimming pool even though it is accross the hi way from the beach there is an overy pass pedestrian bridge for access to a nice water front grass area and the beach. Good workout room.
The Casino is small and smokey. The rooms are small and not all well furnished. No refrigerator had to ask for hangers because none were in the room. The food at the 24 hour cafe was marginal quality.
Very easy to check in and out. Comfortable bed.
Very strong cigarette smoke odor. We requested smoke free but when we checked all of the smoke free rooms were full.
It was a nice hotel and casino inside and nice ppl
I didn't like the fact that the house keeping came in our room while we were getting dressed and stayed for a few seconds even after I told them to leave I was not happy
