it was quiet and hotel employee at the front desk went out of her way. above and beyond
Good location. Quiet.
Small parking lot. Window had a crack in it.
Not clean and the room had a bad odor.
Room smelled, free breakfast was not even close to expectations.
Wifi was outstanding, staff was very friendly.
Room smelled terrible. We checked in late so didn't try to change rooms. Got used to the odor. Next morning went to breakfast and came back to the room and the odor hit us again. The room is also very small. Much smaller than average.
I had a lovely, clean room with an extremely comfortable bed and shower with great pressure and a high-seated shower head. Special note, although this is just off the interstate, it was quiet; I slept peacefully. I will return here.
Staff friendly, breakfast fresh and replenished frequently
Double queen room with only 1 chair, TV at a difficult location to watch, breakfast room too small for amount of guests
cleanness and quietness
not at all.
The girl at the front desk was very nice and worked very hard to satisfy my requests. It seemed though that the owners/management are not maintaining their facilities
I was supposed to have a microwave and fridge in my room. I did not and the room was kinda run down and just felt dirty. They moved me to a new room and it didn't have microwave and fridge either and no phone and I found the t.v. remote under the bed.
good location for what I was doing
appeared to be run by a family that lived on the first floor because they were several un-numbered rooms directly behind front desk. not a real problem until I went to get more towels & you could see kids playing back there.
The non smoking room was on the same floor as smoking rooms. We had to walk through them to get to our room.
Very clean and well maintained. Staff is very friendly and responsive to customer needs.
Close to the interstate but a little distant from dining and shopping areas.
more breakfast choices would be nice, however, you could get full
It was close to our family.
The 1st niht we stayed they had part of the parklot closed off for fireworks and had aloud people to shoot of fireworks till after 1:30am we had young kids that we were trying to get to sleep and had trouble with the noise.
Took a long time to check in! Clerk was helping another person and didn't even acknowledge that we were standing there waiting. Room was very different - sink & microwave down the middle of the room between the 2 beds. No refrigerator.
The location to where we were visiting
They allowed smoking in the rooms. My 2 year old had a smell of cigarettes.
The staff was very friendly; they upgraded us to a double with no difficulty. The room was clean, and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was surprisingly good.
Clearly an older building, and some things in the public area were in need of repair (peeling wallpaper, etc.)
The night i stayed it rained very heavy. Late in the evening i noticed that the window was leaking all over my computer. I told the front desk clerk about this when i checked out and he just said oh thats not good and went back into the breakfast area and poored himself some coffee. I will never stay there again.
Location to relatives
Not much to do within walking distance
The kitchenette was great. Large room with sink, microwave, and small refrigerator.
Breakfast is not served until 7:00. We had to check out earlier.
Reminds me of a flop house. Guest walking around with no shoes, and in pajamas. Room was not clean.
When i checked in priceline overbooked the hotel but the brunette who checked me in was very gracious and polite didn't catch her name but she upgraded my room to a suite its was a great room for little money was very pleased will stay there every time
Nice comfortable bed, clean, friendly staff
Pillows were literally wadded up. Bring your own. We received a smoking room.
The woman working the desk Sunday morning was very nice and professional.
It was dirty, not clean, smelled of smoke everywhere--including our non-smoking room. There were moth holes, larvae of some sort dirt, sticky spots, stains, fingerprints, smudges and hairs all over our 'clean' room.
I had expected something in the Lees Summit area. This was a substantial distance from the business center of Lee's Summit.
The outside looked nice and inviting.
The xxx price was not a bargain. I was assigned one queen size bed for each room. The same room is xxx booking on my own (this does not include any discounts that I would have also been able to get). Not the kind of bargain I am looking for on Pri
It was quiet and accessible to what we were doing.
The breakfast was disappointing. Not enough for us to have what they were serving. Underplanned for those eating.
Easy to get to.
Very small room. There was barely space to walk around the bed. The TV was high on top of a cabinet and it strained my neck to look up at it. Bed was very hard and pillows were harder.
The location,it was close to a variety of restaurants and shops.
The room was not clean
STAFF WAS ACCOMMODATING.
THE FIRST ROOM, HAD NO AIR CONDITIONING. GOT MOVED.
Yes I wish i could have picked NON SMOKING ROOMS and 2 Queen not singles. We have been happy with priceline before. But this time was BAD.
It had a refrigerated that was great.
Yes the room was not cleaned an we had ants in are room
Was so busy each day that I did not spend a lot of time in the room.
Every time we returned to the hotel, the room had a musky odor even though it was a non-smoking room.
Close to where we was needing to go.
Room needs updated. Cigarette burns in the blankets, tv didn't work properly. No pool our hot tub exaust vents falling out of ceiling, in general this place needs a maintenance person.
Nothing at all
The rooms were small and dated, after check in I realized that the hotel next door had an unsolved murder the night before. I never spent 1 night in this hotel. There is no way this is a 2 star hotel and priceline should never offer it again.
There were toenail clippings on the floor & hair on bathroom floor & tub. Sheets didn't look fresh. We had a room booked for 4 people, but only 2 cups & towels. Desk clerk looked at me like I had 2 heads when I asked for extra cups & towels. Also, internet states a pet fee of $10, but they charged me $20 & said internet must be wrong... For a $95 dollar room it was disgusting to say the least.
After staying at a more expensive water park hotel the night before with the family, we wanted a hotel closer to the sports complex for the night, just to sleep. I was surprised... this was the best 'value priced' room that we had ever stayed in. I will say that the hallway leading to our room smelled a little like smoke. Aside from that, the room was clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable, continental breakfast was good (for a value priced hotel) and we were a few minutes from the sports complex, which was nice. There are some questionable looking hotels in between the sports complex and this hotel... this hotel is not in the 'questionable' category. If you don't care about activities and just need a place to sleep for the night, this is a great place.
I stayed at this hotel just over night passing through KC to Saint Louis. I never knew this hotel was even there until I booked the room. The beds were great, the room a little small but good for the night, far enough away from the interstate so you don't hear the traffic. Clean and safe. I plan to stay here when I come down for some Chiefs games this fall.
