Cons:
Car wasn’t ready at pickup time. I was on a schedule so I couldn’t wait for it to be cleaned. Car was filthy and reeked of smoke. I didn’t realize smoking was even still allowed in rental cars. Pickup attendant didn’t have a professional appearance what so ever. I didn’t care for the Sears location. Next time I will pickup at the airport as I’ve never had issues there.10.0 Wonderful

As a frequent customer in my home town, I asked that my account be looked up so they know my history.
