The room was great and so was the pool.
We liked the security of the building.
The price, wish more discounts were given for seniors.
It was lovely.
Stayed here before. Rooms always clean and friendly staff.
Need better workout equipment.
Surprisingly clean, and staff was amazing. We loved the indoor pool.
Perkins, the attached restaurant was discusting and the staff was rude and lazy.
Very nice and hot tub was great. Would definitely go back.
Our room was right by the pool....it echoed so bad that we had to ask other guest to hold it down after pool hours.
Love the restaurant!!!!
2 people from the staff at the front desk were pretty rude
Nice place, clean, and comfortable. What more could you ask for!
the bed was soft
my toilet didn't work and neither did my iron in my room
Clean, quiet room with nice modern decor - what else do you need to spend the night while traveling? We will stay here again next time.
good location. Appeared safe in an area where many of the other options did not.
'continental breakfast is not included with your rate' what kind of crap is that? Luckily the next person working the desk didn't know or didn't care and we got the breakfast coupons but come on...
Clean, clean, clean.
The heating/cooling unit was a bit loud.
Newly remodeled. Breakfast at Perkins a plus.
Beds were stiff, I was in a King Suite
Our tv in the room was fuzzy had to call staff twice before they came to fix it. Our bathtub plug would not fully work couldn't take a hot bath had to shower. Overall def not worth $xxx a room will not stay here again.
Convenient location near interestate, and restaurant and bar located in the hotel were nice features to have with little open for the holidays.
It was convenient to have a restaurant and bar attached to the hotel.
Small rooms, misleading to advertise as 3.5 stars. Too expensive for the drab room and average service.
Very nice, large, clean rooms. Restaurant attached to hotel.
My family and I stayed and it was pretty nice we kept up so much noise though! I have to apologize on behalf of my family! But it was my best staying experience I have ever had! But their prices are a little steap and no discounts my father is a Senior and the discount was crummy!
Front desk welcomes you like you were family at check in. Places to excercise, places to swim and a hot tub for relaxing, dining choices ellegent and casual, first class design, finishes and furnishings, internet access, conference rooms, board rooms, banquet rooms, and the softest, fluffyest most comfortable beds! Friendly staff and convenient locatiion makes this my ''come back to location'' for a good nights rest when in Blytheville. Fresh baked cookies at the front desk were a winner too. With the recent renovations, additions and upgrades its kind of a cross between the Inn on the Park and the Doubleday for Blytheville.
The place is always undergoing construction, the rooms are mediocre, the new resteraunt is very expensive and when I complained about the food and service, the manager said he would buy me dinner and would leave the certificate at the desk, when I went after it I was told that he had withdrawn the offer. I will never stay there again, or eat at the resteraunt.
Upon arrival to our to our hotel room we were greeted by the mosquitoes. By the time I sat down my suitcase, I had killed five mosquitoes. My husband killed four mosquitoes. And there were a bunch of mosquitoes smeared on the wall from the previous guests. Complimentary citronella and or bug repellant would be helpful. The swimming pool hours were until 10pm but at 11pm there were still guests frolicking in the pool!
