They were not open when we went to pick up car and then canceled our reservation so we couldn't get a car when they returned in the morning.

The car worked well and was good on gas. Pick up was complicated for no reason as well as poorly explained and drop off was also full of issues as well with incompetent staff.

Si la señorita del counter extremadamente atenta, el señor un venezolano que me entrego el carro muy descortés le pedi un favor y me dijo que ya se tenia que ir y no podia. La persona que me recibió el carro muy servicial, hasta subio a partidas a recibirme el carro.

Cons:

Mejor comunicación en tre quienes ofrecen sus carros, booking Kayak y ustedes

Got to the airport and was told there were no cars available. Of course the fly by night local car company booth next to budget was happy to help. I think it’s a racket. Advertise and reserve a car through budget but then when it’s not available yhen send you to their buddies next store to pay more

I didn’t get to rent a car at all. The agency has sold out without ever letting me know. So I arrived at the airport hoping to rent a car but was told there were none and there was nothing they could do. Will not use again

After confirming the reservation and taking the money they just said "no cars available" at the moment of the pick up! no one showed up in the kiosk, was just a banner with a contact number; I was traveling with a kids and they just didn't care!
