I liked that it was connected to the green belt. It was at a convenient location to get to downtown.
Our room was poorly cleaned. It looked like the bathroom floor had not been mopped, and the sink was plugged up.
Very clean, friendly and comfortable beds
Could hear next door room
VERY friendly and helpful staff~from girls at the front desk to gentleman in the hospitality room to housekeeping staff! ! Lovely location next to river with extensive green belt for walking our dog. Very good experience overall.
Facility is in need of TLC. Furniture in our room was very worn. Shower worked but I couldn't run just water for a bath.
5 HBO channels Pet friendly Great breakfast all the way to 11:00 Superior Staff Microwave fridge in room Beauty location Value priced
It's a bit tricky to navigate to and from this little gem tucked between two one way streets right on the river.
The staff was very helpful and worked hard to offset the minor inconveniences of a new ownership in an older hotel building. They are in the middle of upgrading, but have a ways to go. The location has some very nice points like access to the Boise greenbelt and good restaurants nearby.
The laundry facilites are due for an upgrade, still working the bugs out of their internet.
This is our second time at this place. The walks on the river and views are beautiful. THe breakfasts are ok, and are convenient. Hotel was quiet and restful. We are going there again for Boise family weekend.
Maid left towel in room, and thought only 2 folks were there, had to call room service for more towels, but they were very prompt.
TV broken, noise from 2nd floor, noise from dogs down the hall, cheap toiletries
Check it was at 4 we arrived 15 minutes after four ready to check in to find out that they had our reservation but there were no clean rooms available. The line at check in had 5 people in front of us all with the same problem. The eta of when the next room would be ready was at 5. So we pushed our dinner reservations back another hour so we would have time to get ready and went down town to explore a little bit with friends we came back at 6... We had lost track of time and were in a huge rush to get ready and leave in order to meet up with our group for our dinner reservations. We go to check in and the room was still not ready! Talk about a horrible situation. We were staying one night there and we couldn't even check in! 10 minutes later a room became available and we were able to check in. I complained at the front desk and they said that there was nothing they could do and they were sorry. All we needed the room for was to shower change and sleep... One night stay at this hotel was overall just awful. It has a no smoking policy and that smokers stay 20 feet from the building that doesn't apply the room reeked of smoke and people were standing right in front of all the entrance smoking up a storm.
The Toilet was Great!!!
No internet No TV Dirty Bathrooms Terrible Lobby where internet was available All the Pictures are BS
Comfortable beds, great location, friendly staff
tv only had about 5 channels, rooms were very plain, the breakfast wasn't that great
I liked that it was on the river trail.
There were people, including some staff, making noise in the hall all light long. Not just by my room, but my friends room at the other end of the building too. Also, my friend and her kids saw staff rifling through a suitcase in the hall. We all opted not to have room service during our stays.
Oh, boy. Where do I begin. I cannot say one redeeming thing about this out dated broke down ghetto.
Employees were nice
Hotel was dirty had a smell. Auction on a sunday morning accross the street that woke everybody up. Chainsaws working, redicilous.
Front desk tried to be helpful but was mostly clueless and apathetic. Plenty of pillows. Close to the river greenway
The internet was broke for days. Room was quite dated. Maid service was rude and slow
The staff was super helpful and very friendly. We got to the hotel 30 prior to our dinner reservation downtown, Amber called us a taxi and he was waiting out front by the time we got bags to the room. We made it to the restaurant safely and on time. Amber and Holly saved our dinner reservation. The room was fresh, clean and located away from the pool. Breakfast was fantastic.
