Welcome to our inviting 3BR/2BA condo in the heart of Beech Mountain, NC. With a capacity to sleep up to eight people, this split-level condominium provides ample space and comfort for your stay. Upon entering, you'll find steps leading up to three cozy bedrooms and a full bath, while steps leading down take you to the spacious living, dining, and kitchen area, along with a second full bath. Each bedroom boasts a comfortable queen-size bed, and two of the bedrooms are equipped with small TVs for your entertainment. The full kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals, and the lower-level bath conveniently includes a stackable washer/dryer. Relax in the inviting living room, complete with a sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a free-standing gas fireplace. Step out onto the private balcony and take in the scenic views. As part of Cedar Village, you'll have access to fantastic amenities shared among the fifteen condominiums, including an indoor heated pool, a hot tub, and a recreation area. There's also a common picnic and grilling area, perfect for enjoying outdoor gatherings. Located a mere 0.4 miles from the entrance to Ski Beech, this condo offers convenience and comfort, making it the ideal choice for your Beech Mountain getaway. During those times, the Town of Beech Mountain requires snow tires, snow chains, or 4WD/AWD. Local vendors like High South Auto will deliver and install chains. Another option is to get chains at a Walmart along the way, which would be much more cost-effective. The property will take a $300 security hold at check in that is refundable based on inspection of the room. Guests under 21 years old can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
