1. the pool; 2. the fact that I didn`t hear anything from the neighbouring rooms 3, the existence of a bus-shuttle
the people from the staff react very slowly; for breakfast, there was always the same food offered (mainly eggs)
Nice facilities, new hotel, comfort rooms. The hotel was surrounded with trees. The hotel was not in a walking distance from the lifts but there was a bus to take you there every 30' .
There were no slippers to go to the pool or use the sauna and steam room, also you had to get your bathrobe from your room with you, as there were no towels or bathrobes in the spa facilities. There was no hairdryer in the room. The menu and the cuisine needs upgrading.
The hotel was new (Feb. 2010) and quiet. Nice pool and spa services. Nice design. Helpful staff.
The bar closed too early and considering that it was at the end of town, it was hard to get something to eat or drink at a late hour. The English language must be a requirement for hotel staff, but it's not (that is the norm in all Bulgarian ski resorts though)!
The hotel was splendid, it is true that is the most luxurious hotel in Borovets . We had the greatest time , we had made the best choise. I am sure it would be the single option for accomodation next time.
The only thing i thought being inapropriate were the labels written in bulgarian at breakfast . But it happened just in our last day of staying.
