It was in a good location. I was basically satisfied with the room.
Priceline and the hotel needs to allow for an indication of a handicapped. It is difficult to move around a hotel when your legs are impaired. If I was had way to informed a hotel then they would be able deal with the situation and clerk need training.Train desk clerks on handling handicapped customers. Your hotel needs to handle this aspect better.
The staff were very friendly.
Housekeeping not up to par. Rooms and halls smelled like smoke.Right when you walk in to the halls you can smell the residual cigarette smoke. There are exposed pipes in the hall and the room that were very unnatractive. We were there for 4 nights and our room was never vacuumed once. This would work for the person who is just looking for a bed for a night but was not acceptable for a family staying for a few days.
It's floorplan left a lot to be desired. There's not much to say. It was a room for the night -- nothing to brag about.
Cost was very well priced. Bed was VERY Comfortable, this was unexpected. Location to the Highway was good. They had an area for washing your Motorcycle near the front, which was unexpected, and included a hose, wash detergent and wax.
Location from MSU was a little far, but only a 10 minute drive. Some unexpected amenities such as the Bike wash area and comfort of the Bed was great. Staff was as friendly as could be. Breakfast was typical continental and good.
The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Cheerful greeting with a smile and genuine concern for our stay.
It would have been nice to have a small refrigerator in the room.We have stayed here in the past and were pleased with the service. The staff are caring and want your stay to be enjoyable. We will continue to stay here on future visits.
close to freeway
Was told A room with two beds on ground floor. Got 1 bed ground floor, only after telling him we didn't want upstairs and did not need a smoking room. I didn't know I had asked for a smoking room? We had a dog and I had talked to a clerk before hand. Was a nice place. Enjoyed the staff that we dealt with. The room had a few problems. Hair in tub. Shower head looked awful, needed a good cleaning with limeaway or a good soak in vinegar. The bottom of toilet in the little hole was Black. Looked like a turd was in there. It was in a good location to get to freeway, food and fuel. The add said free breakfast lots of food. Sausage gravey, biscuts, cereal, yogart and toast and juice.
The hotel was out of the way of everything. Priceline is a rip off, and I will never use it again.
Not close to anything besides a wal-martIt's was a super 8.
Appeared that rooms have recently been remodeled and are very nice.
No sign by access road. Kind of difficult to locate.Good value for the money.
