very roomy and complementary drinks
Pricey for the area- $-- more than for the best western airport, and bester western airport friendlier , more ready smile than desk clerk Bradford.
Clean and well cared for.
Location. Not much around.
The hotel is conveniently located, and most of the staff was pleasant.
Sorely disappointed in the decline of this hotel. There is no 'customer service' anymore. It's very overpriced for the region it sits in, and I had issues with not only the shower, but the lights as well.
Hotel was very clean and we'll taking care of.
The bathroom was very small. There should be a fence around the property to prevent non guest from easily walking across the parking lot.
Smell of cigarettes in the hall. Small room and bathroom. Everything is slightly worn.
Hotel was clean. Good customer service. Nice breakfast.
Little expensive. Beds are small. Resturant/bar was fair, could use remodeling. Bathroom are small, and fan didnt work.
The staff was friendly and the room was overall clean. No real complaints
Would have preferred having all doors on the inside. The first level has dual access inside and outside to the room and I personally prefer access only from the inside, especially from a higher starred hotel.
The rooms were clean which is very important to me and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The door to our room had some weatherstripping applied and therefore the door did not latch easily. We came back one day and found the door unlatched and anyone could have entered the room during our absence.
I liked it clean and the staff courteous. Their bar and lounge was great. We loved the breakfast.
We were reaching late in the night and felt the place looked shady in the night, since 219 itself was like in the middle of nowhere. But in the morning, it was all great. Nice and beautiful surrounded by mountains.
My son and I came up to attend a powwow. The entire hotel was very clean & the staff was very friendly & attentive. The breakfast was very good also. I come to the area several times a year & will definitely stay at Best Western Plus again!
They charge you a security deposit for incidentals that you don't know about until you check in
