The condos are not guaranteed to be available right away at 4 pm. There may be times when access to your condo is unavoidably delayed due to preparation or maintenance issues. Grand Crowne properties have limited pet units. Therefore, if the guest is found with a pet in a non-pet unit, the company reserves the right to charge the guest a USD 300.00 penalty. Designated pet units are limited to two dogs, 80 pounds or less. At the time of check-in, guest must provide a USD 75.00 refundable deposit. Front desk staff will provide details on the refund of your deposit. Pet boarding and/or check-out is imminent for violators.
