The value for your Money.
Nothing bad about the hotel.
Nice rooms. Nice hotel.
Small shower. Very hard beds. Location was far out of the way with nothing around it.
far away from downtown, no dining & shopping surrondings
The breakfast was very good and the staff was very polite and helpful. Free parking.
1. The corridors and non-smooking rooms smell of smoke. 2. It was extremely noisy, the walls and doors are completely carrying over the noise, we could hear the woman in the neighboring room talking loud (maybe on the phone) for 20 minutes, I was woken up at 7.00 on Saturday by traffic, talk of people, slamming doors and later cleaning staff talking loud in the corridor. No possibility to get some rest.. We moved immediately to another hotel, which was great.
Deluxe room at 5th floor was confortable, clean, nicely furnished, with a very large and nice bathroom.
Clean and comfortabe. Very good breakfast. Don't order an omelette unless you are really hungry or can share! Try the salt cave for relaxation, free to guests. 15 minutes walk to historic centre, get directions.
The room was very clean. There is a very good Greek restaurant just around the corner (Taverna).
The staff seemed very bored, they did not seem to engage with us at all as with other hotels. The location is much to be desired. It is about 20 to 30 minutes walk to the old town but is not pleasant as the area is slightly run down.
Dinnning room was great, full of stuffed animals, glass lift was fun and it also let you know how cold it was outside.
Location, its a bit of a walk from town, 30 minutes, and in sub zero conditions, you really notice it.
poor air conditioning in the room
no air, shower backed up leaving one standing in pool of water, left one towel (poor quality and not very clean), far from downtown area, breakfast buffet poor and food was cold that should be hot.
This is a good quality hotel, but we were disapointed that some facilities were not available at the weekend.
The help from employees with trains, shopping, directions, etc
