Hotel staff was pleasant and accommodating,
Ice maker beeped loudly both mornings of our stay...out of ice, I guess. Loud enough to hear in room
Loved the lobby! Beautiful. Clean. Modern. Full of light. Spacious. Tall Ceilings. Excellent.
It was nice and clean
What I didn't like about the hotel was the waiting to check in waste of waiting time. For those who have time to do stuff also. Breakfast was not included in my package. Which never been in a hotel with breakfast not included. I pay --- for ONE night
Greeting, restaurant, atmosphere of main lobby
Jacuzzi was broken. Noise level very early in the morning from other customers.
They overbooked their handicapped rooms so the first night was uncomfortable for our handicapped son. The second night we moved to a handicapped room with a very noisy heater.
Clean, bright, everyone was cheerful and helpful and we arrived late after a long day
Didn't get to spend enough time to take advantage of all the amenities
Room was nice.
I walk with a cane due to a severe ankle injury. Tub & shower area were very slippery when wet and the handicap grip bar was not handy for assistance in getting out of the tub.
The staff was very friendly and didn't mind switching our family to a double bed room, when we were initially given one king bed. we didn't have to wait more then 5mins. Pool was great since we stayed during winter having indoor pool was great for kids
Management allowed non guests to trick a guest into opening the door to parking lot into the pool area-there was no comfortable way to report this and no security or hotel staff to monitor
This hotel was spotlessly clean and so very comfortable. The hotel lobby had comfortable furniture and free coffee and tea. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub and appreciated that both were open for most of the day and evening. I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again!
The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. I would stay again.
Always expect to have some kind of noise that will irritate and stop from sleeping. This hotel was surely different, in that, very peaceful rest, No problem
We are always wary about staying in any hotel. Usually you hear loud noises or traffic noise. We were surprised when we stayed here in that we actually got some rest without any intrusive sounds. No problems.
They stuck me in a smoking room that appears everyone in a 50 mile radius used for smoking. Apparently the staff thought dousing the room with air freshener would mask the fog like stale cigarette smell. Instead it was a sickening combination of air freshener and state cigarette smell. I could hardly breathe. FAIL. I would have left but there were no other rooms available. This was the most disgusting hotel experience I've ever had.
Great Customer Service and the Room was nice and comfortable. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
We arrived on the only rainy day in weeks and wanted to enjoy Dorney Park but could not. I had to change plans upon arrival and the hotel front desk was extremely helpful and curteous as well as they were able to check us into the rooms earlier. I appreciated being givien the keys early to utilize the indoor pool if necessary as well as the business center computer to change my tickets. Rooms were clean and spacious. I needed to have a cake for a sweet sixteen kept in the fridge until later and the staff was very accomodating and helpful. They gave me matches and a knife to make the party a slam dunk. I would stay again in a minute!
I highly recommend this place. The room was immaculate and very comfortable...staff very friendly and attentive. The only small quibble I had was with the breakfast buffet. It was not included in room rate as it is at so many other hotels. As for the food selection...on Sunday it was great and was replenished frequently. That wasn't the case on Monday morning. By 9am most of the hot food was gone and was not replaced. Still, overall we did enjoy our stay and would return.
we stayed at the garden hilton it was very clean the pool was great the gym was nice and well supplied
